Terms & Conditions (Privacy Policy) At Raul Duran Photography, we respect your privacy. This policy will notify you of the following matters: Security and privacy / Ownership of photos / Access and sharing We are a private studio space that offers a range of photo services. Raul Duran Photography is and will remain, the sole and exclusive owner to all photos and creations produced during photo sessions. Raul Duran Photography reserves the rights that include, but are not limited to; company marketing, social media posting, printing, etc. The sharing and screen shooting of photos not previously purchased and agreed upon is strictly prohibited. All photos must be correctly downloaded and posted with the appropriate tags and credits. Images are not permitted to be used for commercial purposes. All images are for private use only. Raul Duran Photography has the right to request payments based on actions that go against these stated policies. By booking a session, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the studio. Raul Duran Photography is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your time of the shooting. You may cancel your session up to 14 days prior to the session. If you need to reschedule, you may do so until 7 days before your session. If your session is rescheduled less than one week before your session's original date, there is a 10,000 HUF or 30€ fee. Furthermore, if the session is rescheduled more than 2 times, this will result in an additional charge of 10,000 HUF or 30€.
